By accessing or using the Service, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service or make purchases. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Accounts

You may browse and purchase certain products as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Products and Services

LOCI Thinking offers a mix of digital products (such as downloadable content, templates, tools, and other digital goods) and subscription-based services (providing ongoing access to platform features and content).
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed or cancel the order.

Licensing and Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and products available through the Service are the intellectual property of LOCI International or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
When you purchase a product, you are granted a license to use that product according to the specific license terms associated with it. License terms vary by product and will be clearly stated on the product page or in the accompanying documentation at the time of purchase. Some products may be for personal use only, while others may include broader usage rights. Unless a product's license explicitly permits it, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share any purchased content.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.
For subscription products, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency and amount specified at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days by contacting us at mario@sloci.com.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
For subscription services, refunds apply to the most recent billing cycle only. If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period, but no partial refund will be issued for unused time beyond the 7-day refund window.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchases and refund requests for the same product.

Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service without our written permission; impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code; or use purchased content in a manner that violates the license terms associated with that product.

The Service and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Digital products are provided as-is at the time of purchase. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that any product will meet your specific expectations or requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LOCI International and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any product purchased through it.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LOCI International and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites and services, including Stripe for payment processing. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LOCI International is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
